Getting Started

You can reserve a unit in person, by phone, or online. If you plan to move in within 48 hours, you can reserve for free through our website. For move-ins beyond 2 days, we’ll hold the unit for up to 21 days with a small, non-refundable deposit that’s applied to your first month’s rent.

Yes, you’ll sign a simple month-to-month rental agreement. There are no long-term commitments, and you can move out with just 7 days’ notice.

Yes — as long as you’ve completed the rental paperwork during office hours, you can move in at any time using your access code.

Yes — just give us at least 7 days’ notice before your monthly billing date. Be sure to remove all items, leave the unit empty and unlocked, and notify staff when you’re finished.

Unit Use & Storage Guidelines

Yes — storage units are great for inventory, tools, files, and equipment, as long as you’re not storing restricted items.

Yes, you can store small vehicles as long as they fit through the door and are drained of fuel before storage.

Drive-in units that accommodate vehicles are extremely limited. Please contact our team to check availability.

No — for safety and legal reasons, living in a storage unit is strictly prohibited. Loitering about, or spending a night in the facility is strictly not allowed.

No — our units are intended for storage only. Electrical hookups and workspaces are not permitted inside the units.

Only those you personally give your access code and unit key to may enter. We do not give access to anyone not listed on the lease.

No, absolutely no dumping or leaving of unwanted items on the property will be allowed. Any items left behind or in lockers will be subject to a minimum $150 disposal charge.

Security & Access

Yes — our property is monitored 24/7 by security cameras inside and outside the building. We have secure key code entry, each customer has their own code and entry to the building is tracked and recorded.

Yes — we have surveillance cameras recording 24/7 for added safety and peace of mind.

No — all units are fully enclosed. No one can see inside unless your unit door is open.

Yes — every tenant has 24/7 access using their personal keypad code.

Please contact the office during business hours. We will assist the person listed on the rental agreement.

Yes — please speak with one of our managers during office hours to request a code change.

Double-check the format: enter * before your code and # after. Try using your phone number without the area code. If you’re over a week late on rent, access may be restricted until payment is made.

Only one customer lock per unit is allowed.

Free Moving Vehicle

Yes! When you rent a unit, you can use our 22-foot enclosed moving trailer once, for free, on move-in day (subject to availability). Our staff will deliver it to your location and return it to the facility.

Sorry, the trailer is only available to assist with move-in.

No — for insurance reasons, only our licensed driver may move the trailer.

Moving & On-Site Amenities

We’re not a moving company, but we offer free use of carts and dollies, and we sell moving supplies on-site. If needed, we can provide names of local movers (without specific recommendations).

Each customer may use up to two carts or dollies per visit at any time.

We do not rent trucks, but our free trailer service is available for move-in.

Yes — we sell boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other miscellaneous supplies on-site for your convenience.

Vehicle & Parking Storage

Yes — we offer outdoor parking in our fenced yard for everything from small cars to 30-foot RVs, trucks and trailers. All trucks and trailers must be plated and insured. Contact us for availability.

Yes — we offer outdoor parking and extremely limited indoor vehicle storage. Please contact us for sizing and space availability.

Payments & Account Info

You can pay by:

  • Credit (in person or over the phone) or debit card 
  • Interac e-transfer
  • Online via our website
  • 24/7 payment kiosk at our facility (credit card only)

No — we do not offer prorated refunds. Rent is billed monthly in advance.

If rent is more than 7 days late, your access code may be temporarily disabled. You can make a payment anytime at the kiosk (with a credit card) or online to restore access. After 9 days of non payment, late charges will apply. 

Yes — you can switch units at any time (based on availability). A small transfer fee may apply. Contact our staff for help.

Unit Info & Features

Most of our storage units are 8-9 feet high, with some as tall as 10 feet — giving you more value and stacking space.

Yes, all of our units are heated and we offer fully climate controlled units as well.

Yes — our building and outdoor areas are well lit for added security and visibility during evening access.

Yes — you’ll need a lock for your unit. We sell locks on-site or you can supply your own. 

Office Hours & Contact

Our office is open Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM, Sundays 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed for lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM. If staff are not at the desk, they’re likely helping other customers or working in the building. Please call the office number 905-866-7464 to reach a staff member.
